Goal Management ClipPAM Web allows supervisors and employees to create journal entries throughout the year. This allows them to document performance and events that happen outside of the review period. Journals can be marked private so that only the author of the journal entry is able to see it. Journal type can be selected to describe the nature of the entry. The journal type list can be edited. Some categories might be attendance, attitude, coworker comment, general, and performance related. The HTML editor is available when creating a journal. Attachments can also be added to a journal entry. For example, if documenting a disciplinary action, you may want to attach a signed document.
