Phrase Selector Clip
PAM allows for unlimited user defined performance templates and scoring keys. When clicking on the performance factor, the scoring key becomes available. When you select the score that you want to give for this factor, you can then click on the phrase selector which will display a list of suggested phrases. This list is based upon the score given and the competency assigned to this performance factor. Any or all of the suggested phrases can be inserted. The HTML editor can be used to highlight, bold, insert bullet points, or change the font style.
